Alex Pierpaoli
Alex became a volunteer tutor at New Haven Reads in June of 2016 and was thrilled to join the staff in August of 2023. He is a fiction writer, a boxing historian and has a BA in English from the University of Maine. He previously worked in customer service and human resources for Helicopter Support, Inc and Sikorsky Aircraft. His interests include movies, comics, tattoos and monsters. His favorite books are Stephen Kellogg’s The Island of the Skogg and Moby Dick by Herman Melville.
