Sabrina Namigohar

Sabrina began as an Intern at New Haven Reads in October of 2024. In March of 2025, she became the Assistant Site Coordinator for the Fair Haven location. After the summer, she went on to serve as the Site Coordinator for the Lincoln Bassett Community Schools site on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while supporting the Bishop Woods site as Assistant Site Coordinator on Wednesdays. She is also a regular tutor at our Willow Street location. As a senior at the University of New Haven studying International Affairs, Sabrina is deeply committed to education, community engagement, and youth empowerment. She plans to pursue a career in teaching after her graduation this spring.
In her free time, Sabrina loves diving into fantasy novels, hiking new trails, and fostering animals (especially energetic kittens). She also has a soft spot for exploring local thrift stores and hunting for unique vintage handbags to add to her growing collection. Her favorite books are The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang and The Sword of Kaigen by M.L. Wang.
