Joseph Doran

Joseph works for Azalea Asset Management, a Temasek-affiliated investment management company that focuses on investing in private equity and venture capital funds and co-investments. Prior to joining Azalea, he spent six years at the Yale Investments Office, focused primarily on the Endowment’s leveraged buyout and marketable alternatives portfolios. Joseph graduated from Yale University in 2020 with a degree in Economics and Global Affairs. He became a CFA® charterholder in 2024.

Outside of work, Joe loves to swim and competed for Yale’s water polo team while in college. He currently is based out of NYC with his wife, Muriel. Joe is also a member of the Endowment Committee for Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (IRIS) and sits on the board of Chi Alpha, a Christian fellowship organization at Yale University.
