Field Trip 4/5/23

Thank you for your interest in attending a field trip at New Haven Reads!

New Haven Reads offers a free field trip program to area schools and teachers. Through this program, we help students build their home libraries by giving each child five free books. We also promote literacy skills and engagement with story time.

These trips last 45 minutes and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for one class at a time. We offer IN-PERSON field trips for students in pre-K through fifth grade. All field trips take place Tuesday through Friday, beginning at 10 a.m. at 45 Bristol St. in New Haven. All teachers must sign up for their own trip! If a counselor, librarian, or head teacher must book the trip, you MUST use the information for the teacher you are booking for, for confirmation purposes.
