“Working at New Haven Reads is meaningful to me because I get to help young students grow more confident in their reading and learning. One of my favorite things is seeing a student understand something that once felt difficult and watching their excitement when they succeed. It’s rewarding to be part of a place that supports literacy and creates a positive, encouraging environment for kids in the community.”
