After School Programs
EVOLUTIONS: is an informal learning environment through the Peabody museum for students in grades 9 and 10 in New Haven. Through weekly after-school Zoom classes, weekend job opportunities, and summer internships, students work collaboratively with peers, museum educators, and scientists.
Sportsometry: is an educational research and enrichment program that aims to improve student’s cognitive reasoning and spatial abilities. It works by utilizing athletics to help students to develop math and science skills while enhancing their athletic abilities and confidence.
School Choice Resources: A majority of parents surveyed in a recent poll from USA Today/Ipsos, say that their child fell behind on learning last year. If you’re looking for solutions, free tutoring and homework help is a great place to start.
Radical Readers Mentoring: A program of collaborative book clubs that aim to inspire reading and cultivate community through a two-way mentorship.
Volunteer Tutors Club: an organization of college students and professionals determined to give free tutoring to those who need it.
North Haven Health and Racquet: Learn to play tennis at North Haven Health and Racquet. Scholarships available!
